Text
If:
(1)a person has an interest in:
(A)a dealer's permit for a drug store or grocery store; and
(B)a retailer's permit for a restaurant; and
(2)the licensed premises of the drug store or grocery store and the
restaurant are located in the same building;
beer, wine, and liquor may not be sold for carryout from the licensed
premises of the restaurant.
