Text
(a)It is unlawful for a retailer or dealer to
sell a flavored malt beverage except under the same conditions that a
retailer or dealer is permitted to sell beer or other alcoholic beverages
obtained by the fermentation of an infusion or decoction of barley malt
or other cereal and hops in water.
(b)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
