§ 7.1-5-10-10 — Huckstering prohibited
Huckstering Prohibited. It is a Class C
misdemeanor for a permittee to recklessly deliver an alcoholic
beverage to a consumer without an order for it, or to recklessly huckster
or peddle an alcoholic beverage to a person who is not a permittee.
