§ 7.1-4-8-2 — Use of funds
The monies deposited in the state construction
fund shall be used by the state for the construction, reconstruction,
rehabilitation, repair, purchase, rental, and sale of state properties and
institutions (excluding state educational institutions, as defined in IC 21-7-13-32).
