The fee for:
(1)a letter of extension; and
(2)each renewal of a letter of extension;
is two hundred dollars ($200) if the need for the letter of extension, or
renewal, is occasioned by the act or omission of the permittee. The
commission shall waive the fee for a letter of extension, and a renewal,
if the need for the letter of extension, or renewal, is occasioned by the
act or omission of the commission, a local board, or a third party
unrelated to the permittee involved and not employed by the permittee
or under the control of the permittee. From each fee collected under
this section, fifty dollars ($50) shall be deposited in the state general
fund, and the remainder shall be deposited in the enforcement and
administration fund under IC 7.1-4-10.
