Text
The following license fee is imposed for an employee's permit:
(1)Fifteen dollars ($15) if the permit is used only to perform
volunteer service that benefits a nonprofit organization.
(2)Forty-five dollars ($45) if subdivision (1) does not apply.
The term of a employee's license is three (3) years.
