(a)The initial application fee for a food hall
vendor's permit is as follows:
(1)For a vending space that is less than one thousand (1,000)
square feet, the cost of an initial permit is two thousand five
hundred dollars ($2,500).
(2)For a vending space that is at least one thousand (1,000)
square feet but not more than two thousand (2,000) square feet,
the cost of an initial permit fee is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
(b)The annual renewal fee for a food hall vendor's permit under
subsection (a) is one thousand dollars ($1,000). The commission shall
deposit all fees collected for a food hall vendor's permit under
subsection (a) and this subsection into the enforcement and
administration fund established under IC 7.1-4-10.
