Text
(a)The initial fee for a food hall master
permit is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
(b)The annual renewal fee for a food hall master permit is five
thousand dollars ($5,000).
(c)The commission shall deposit all fees collected under this
section into the enforcement and administration fund established under
IC 7.1-4-10.
