(a)The wine grape market development
council is created.
(b)The council shall have an odd number of members, but not less
than seven (7) nor more than fifteen (15) members. The following are
the members of the council:
(1)The director or the director's designee.
(2)The chairman of the horticulture department at Purdue
University or chairman's designee.
(3)The chairman of the food science department at Purdue
University or the chairman's designee.
(4)Other members that the director shall appoint.
(c)A majority of the members of the council must be wine grape
growers or processors of wine grape products.
