§ 7.1-4-11-2 — Reversion of funds
The sums realized from the collection of the
biennial license fees imposed by IC 7.1-4-4.1-3 and not appropriated
by section 1 of this chapter are hereby appropriated to the enforcement
and administration fund of the commission.
