(a)The holder of a supplemental caterer's permit is entitled to purchase alcoholic beverages only from:
(1)a brewery as described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5)(N);
(2)a farm winery as described in IC 7.1-3-12-5(a)(11); and
(3)any other permittee entitled to sell to the holder under this title. Except as provided in IC 7.1-3-6.1 and IC 7.1-3-6.2, the holder of a supplemental caterer's permit is entitled to sell alcoholic beverages only for on-premises consumption at those locations approved by the commission and at times lawful under the holder's retailers' permits. Except as provided in IC 7.1-3-6.1 and IC 7.1-3-6.2, the holder of a supplemental caterer's permit is not entitled to sell alcoholic beverages at wholesale, nor for carry-out or at-home delivery.
