Premises Described in Application. The
premises to be used by an applicant for a liquor wholesaler's permit
shall be described in the application for the permit and in the permit if
it is issued. A liquor wholesaler shall not be entitled to keep or store
liquor at a place other than the premises described in the application
and the permit.
