§ 7.1-3-7-4 — Importation of alcohol by distiller

Importation of Alcohol by Distiller. The holder of a distiller's permit also shall be entitled to import alcohol for use in the manufacture, preparation, or rectification of liquor or other substances that may be lawfully manufactured under his permit.
