Text
As used in this chapter, "qualified
organization" has the meaning set forth in IC 4-32.3-2-31. For purposes
of this chapter, a qualified organization may also be a permittee and is
not required to comply with the registration requirements of IC 4-32.3-2-31(e) if the qualified organization meets the remaining
requirements of IC 4-32.3-2-31.
