Text
(a)A qualified organization may sell at
auction an alcoholic beverage that is:
(1)purchased from or received as a donation from a permittee or
person described in section 5 of this chapter;
(2)in sealed bottles or cases; and
(3)for consumption off the premises only.
(b)A donation:
(1)from a permittee; and
(2)to a qualified organization that is a permittee;
is subject to the requirements set forth in IC 7.1-3-6.3.
