Text
An allowable event to which this chapter
applies may be conducted on premises that are not licensed under this
title for the sale of alcoholic beverages. An allowable event that is an
electronic raffle conducted under IC 4-32.3 may be conducted using an
electronic raffle software system, web application, method, or process
approved by the commission.
