Text

(a)A qualified organization may give away as a prize for an allowable event an alcoholic beverage that is:
(1)purchased by or donated to the qualified organization by a permittee or person described in section 5 of this chapter;
(2)in sealed bottles or cases; and
(3)provided for consumption off the premises only.
(b)A donation:
(1)from a permittee; and
(2)to a qualified organization that is a permittee; is subject to the requirements set forth in IC 7.1-3-6.3.
