Scope of Permit. The holder of a dining car beer permit shall be entitled to bring into Indiana, for the purpose of service within its dining and buffet cars, sufficient beer for the accommodation of passengers riding on the train, when served by the drink only and to be consumed upon the premises, for the entire trip being made by the cars.
