Temporary Boat Beer Permits. The
commission may issue a temporary boat beer permit to the proprietor
of a boat under the same terms and conditions as are provided for the
issuance of a temporary beer permit. A temporary boat beer permit
shall be applicable to the dining room of the boat only and may be
issued only for an excursion voyage.
