§ 7.1-3-31-2 — "Designated permittee"
As used in this chapter, "designated permittee" means a permittee that:
(1)holds a retailer or craft manufacturer permit located within a
refreshment area;
(2)has submitted a completed application to the municipality to
participate in the refreshment area as a designated permittee; and
(3)is designated by the commission under section 9 of this
chapter.
