Text
If a designated permittee in a refreshment area includes outdoor dining:
(1)the designated permittee may serve alcoholic beverages in
open containers during the hours of operation and in the areas
authorized by the retailer permit;
(2)glass containers may be allowed in the outdoor dining areas
but may not be removed from those areas into the refreshment
area; and
(3)no fencing or other enclosure of the outdoor dining area is
required.
