Text

The commission may issue a hospitality permit only to allow a craft manufacturer to participate in:

(1)a convention;
(2)a trade show;
(3)an exposition; or
(4)an event similar to one (1) or more of the events described in subdivisions (1) through (3); on the licensed premises of a host permittee.
