Building Requirements. The building to be occupied by a beer wholesaler shall be owned or leased by him, or storage space in it shall be leased to him. If the building or storage space is held by lease, the lease shall be for the full term of the permit, and no other person, or stockholder of a corporation, interested in the manufacture of, or in the sale at retail of, alcoholic beverages shall own the building or have any interest in it.
