Costs. The commission, in the event the
denial of renewal becomes final as a result of a failure to bring an
action for review, or as a result of the final judgment of the court in
which the action was brought, shall deduct from the annual license fee
accompanying the application the amount of court costs taxed against
the applicant and shall pay it to the clerk of the court. The commission
shall apply the balance of the annual license fee to the payment of a
license fee for the period of the beer wholesaler's continued operation
computed at the rate of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per
day for the number of calendar days, including Sundays and holidays,
elapsed during the period of continued operation.
