Text
Trial. The court shall give preference to the
action for review in order that, consistent with justice, the matters in
issue may be determined speedily. A change of venue from the county
shall not be granted in an action for review, but either party may apply
for and secure a change of judge under the Indiana Rules of Civil
Procedure. The trial of the action shall be by the court without the
intervention of a jury.
