Contents of Petition. The petition for review
shall be verified by the applicant, or by someone in his behalf having
knowledge of the matters stated in the petition, and may include a
prayer that a temporary restraining order be issued against the
commission, temporarily restraining it from enforcing its order denying
the renewal. The temporary restraining order, if issued, shall be issued
in accordance with the procedures provided in the Indiana Rules of
Civil Procedure.
