§ 7.1-3-3-1 — Application
Application. The commission may issue a beer
wholesaler's permit to a person who desires to sell beer at wholesale
and who meets the qualifications required by this title. The commission
may require additional proof, by affidavit or otherwise, that an
applicant possesses any or all of the required qualifications.
