A holder of a supplemental caterer's permit
that operates at a stadium may purchase alcoholic beverages from a
wholesaler or a brewery described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5), and the
wholesaler or brewery described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5) may deliver the
alcoholic beverages to the stadium to be stored in an area that has been
approved by the commission. The alcoholic beverages may be stored
temporarily or permanently to be served later by a holder of a
supplemental caterer's permit.
