Text
(a)A stadium may:
(1)submit a floor plan of proposed storage locations to the
commission for approval; and
(2)indicate the primary concessionaire operating at the stadium;
if a stadium intends to allow alcoholic beverages to be stored at the
stadium for use by a supplemental caterer operating at the stadium.
(b)The stadium may change the primary concessionaire operating
at the stadium with notification to the commission.
