Revocation of Permits: Procedure. The
commission shall give at least three (3) business days notice to the
holder of the permit proposed to be revoked. The notice shall inform
the holder of the time and place of the hearing to be held in regard to
the proposed revocation. Unless otherwise provided in this title, all
further procedures with reference to the revocation of a permit shall be
prescribed by rule and regulation of the commission.
