Text
The commission shall revoke a permit of any
type only on account of the violation of, or refusal to comply with, a
provision of this title or of a rule or regulation of the commission, or on
account of a violation of IC 35-45-5-3, IC 35-45-5-3.5, or IC 35-45-5-4.
A finding that a permittee has violated IC 35-45-5-3, IC 35-45-5-3.5,
or IC 35-45-5-4 must be supported by a preponderance of the evidence.
