§ 7.1-3-23-32 — Notice to permittee in certain cases
Notice to Permittee in Certain Cases. The
commission shall give notice of its proposed action to the applicant or
permittee if the commission determines not to issue or renew a
manufacturer's or wholesaler's permit, or if the commission determines
to take action to revoke or suspend a manufacturer's or wholesaler's
permit after it has been issued.
