§ 7.1-3-23-28 — Revocation for violation of injunction

Indiana·Art. 3 PERMITS·Ch. 23 Denial, Suspension, and Revocation of Permits
The commission may suspend or revoke the permit of a permittee if the court finds that the permittee has violated any of the provisions of an injunction issued by it under the provisions of IC 7.1-3-3-17.
