Text
(a)This section applies to a brewer that
manufactures, in aggregate, more than ninety thousand (90,000) barrels
of beer in a calendar year for sale or distribution within Indiana.
(b)The commission shall revoke the permit of a brewer or beer
wholesaler who holds an interest in another permit in violation of IC 7.1-5-9-3.
