Text
Whenever an application for the renewal of
a permit to sell alcoholic beverages at retail, except a temporary beer
or wine permit, is denied by the commission, the applicant may seek
judicial review of that action by following IC 4-21.5-5, except that the
action for judicial review shall be filed in the circuit or superior court
having jurisdiction in the county in which the licensed premises are
located. However, this section shall not apply to a denial of a transfer
of a permit to either another holder or location, or both.
