No Right to Compel Issuance. An applicant for a permit of any type authorized by this title shall have no right to compel the issuance of a permit to him unless otherwise provided in this title. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citations: 7-1-1-13; 7-1-1-42(5).] Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
