§ 7.1-3-21-10 — Location of premises; disclosure

Indiana·Art. 3 PERMITS·Ch. 21 Restrictions on Issuance of Permits
(a)An application for:
(1)a permit for premises; or
(2)approval of a designated refreshment area under IC 7.1-3-31; that is situated within a distance of two hundred (200) feet from an elementary or secondary school or church must disclose this fact.
