Clubs: Two Locations. If a club is eligible to
be issued a permit for premises situated within a city or town, or
outside of the corporate limits of a city or town, one (1) permit may be
issued to the club for an establishment located outside of the corporate
limits of a city or town, and another appropriate permit may be issued
to the same club for an establishment located within the corporate
limits of a city or town. The commission shall charge a separate annual
license fee for each location.
