§ 7.1-3-20-31 — Carryout sales by certain vendor permittees
(a)This section applies to the holder of a
vendor's permit that owns in whole or in part:
(1)a retailer's permit described in section 30(c) of this chapter;
and
(2)one (1) of the following:
(A)A brewer's permit described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5).
(B)A farm winery permit described in IC 7.1-3-12-3.
(C)An artisan distiller's permit described in IC 7.1-3-27.
(b)The definitions in sections 29 and 30 of this chapter apply to this
section.
(c)A holder of a vendor's permit may sell for carryout at the
premises for which the retailer's permit was issued:
(1)beer manufactured under the brewer's permit, if the vendor's
permit holder has a one-, two-, or three-way retailer's permit;
(2)wine manufactured under the farm winery permit, if the
vendor's permit holder has a two- or three-way retailer's
