5.
(a)This section applies if:
(1)a person having an interest in a brewer's permit under section
7(5) of this chapter also has an interest in a farm winery or an
artisan distillery; and
(2)the brewery production facility and the farm winery or artisan
distillery production facility occupy the same building.
(b)Notwithstanding any other provision, a person to which this
section applies may sell by the glass for consumption on the premises
all alcoholic beverages:
(1)manufactured by the two (2) production facilities; and
(2)from a single bar.
The commission may not require any physical separation at the bar
between the service of alcoholic beverages manufactured by one (1)
production facility and the service of alcoholic beverages manufactured
by the other production facility.
