§ 7.1-3-19-1 — Permits issued in discretion of commission
Permits Issued in Discretion of Commission.
The commission in its absolute discretion shall issue, suspend, or
revoke, except as otherwise provided in this title, a retailer's or dealer's
permit of any type.
