Text
Surety Bond. The commission also may, at the
time of the issuance of a carrier's alcoholic permit, or at any other time
thereafter, require a surety bond in a penal sum not to exceed five
hundred dollars ($500), executed by the permittee and payable to the
State of Indiana. The bond shall be conditioned that he will not violate
a provision of this title, or a rule or regulation of the commission
pertaining to the business in which he is engaged under his permit. If
a surety bond is required by the commission, the permit, although
