Text

Except as provided in sections 2 and 3 of this chapter, an entity that operates on state park property under a permit issued by the commission to:

(1)the department of natural resources under this chapter; or
(2)the entity under this article; shall operate within the park property in accordance with the provisions of this title that regulate the sale and use of alcoholic beverages, e-liquid (as defined in IC 7.1-7-2-10), and tobacco products (as defined in (IC 7.1-6-1-3).
