Text
Boat Liquor Permits. The commission may
issue a boat liquor permit to a person who is the proprietor of a boat
and who is, and continues to be, the holder of a boat beer permit and
boat wine permit. The commission may issue a boat liquor permit
without publication of notice or having an investigation before a local
board.
