§ 7.1-3-10-9 — Cease and desist order
Cease and Desist Order. The commission shall
request the holder of a liquor dealer's permit for a package liquor store
to cease and desist the sale of a commodity which, in the judgment of
the commission, is not a commodity which may be sold by him under
the provisions of this title.
