The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1)"Accredited hospitality management program" means a
hospitality management program that is:
(A)accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs
in Hospitality Administration or a similar nationally recognized
accrediting organization; and
(B)offered by a state educational institution.
(2)"State educational institution" has the meaning set forth in IC 21-7-13-32.
