(a)In the case of a program approved under
IC 7.1-3-1.6, this section applies only to an individual providing the
assistance described in IC 7.1-3-1.6-6(6).
(b)A person who trains alcohol servers without a trainer certificate
under this chapter commits a Class B infraction.
