Text
(a)This section applies to a permittee that
sells and delivers alcoholic beverages to a consumer's residence,
regardless of whether the delivery is made by the permittee, permittee's
employees, or (if allowed under the permittee's permit) a third party
delivery service.
(b)A person delivering alcoholic beverages to a customer's
residence must require the customer to provide proof of age in
accordance with IC 7.1-5-10-23.
