§ 7.1-3-1-25 — Authorization to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages at certain public facilities

Indiana·Art. 3 PERMITS·Ch. 1 General Provisions
(a)A county, city, town, or township that by itself or in combination with any other body of a county, city, town, or township acquires by ownership or by lease any stadium, exhibition hall, auditorium, theater, convention center, civic center, or park or public recreation area with a permanent event or entertainment space may permit the retail sale of alcoholic beverages upon the premises if:
(1)the governing board of the facility; or
(2)a person that has an agreement with the governing board of the facility to act as concessionaire for the permitted premises; first applies for and secures the necessary permits as required by this title.
(b)A:
(1)county or township; or
(2)person that has an agreement with the county or township to act as concessionaire for the permitted premises; ma
