§ 7.1-3-1-21 — Sponsoring amateur athletic event

Indiana·Art. 3 PERMITS·Ch. 1 General Provisions
The holder of a permit of any type issued under the provisions of this title or a manufacturer of an alcoholic beverage may sponsor, finance, or promote in any way an amateur athletic contest, amateur athletic team, or amateur athletic sporting event of any kind.
